  he dictionary defines a rapscallion as "a ne'er-do-well", mostly applied to pirates and scoundrels and the like. Here at Rapscallions the restaurant, we define it as "a great place for a really short vacation". Rapscallions was started by James and Shael Morgan who are dedicated Parrotheads (Jimmy Buffett fans to those who are not familiar with the term). |
 Rapscallions is located on beautiful Bell Lake at 4422 Land O Lakes Blvd. in Land O Lakes, Florida. There are three island-themed dining areas with a fantastic view of the lake. Billy Peoples' Bar (The Old Parrothead) offers a full menu as well as a full drink list.
James and Shael, also known as "Captain" and "First Mate", had a vision of a restaurant with great Caribbean-influenced food and a tropical atmosphere. We sincerely hope that you enjoy immersing yourself in the Rapscallions experience! ARRRRGH ME MATIES!
