Bermuda Tuna - $16.99
Yellowfin tuna coated with toasted sesame seeds and spices, seared and served rare with a spicy ginger-plum sauce. Complemented by steamed veggies.

Sea Monsters - $17.99
Jumbo sea scallops sautéed in seasoned butter and then glazed with orange and mango flavors. They swim in a sea of passion fruit cream and islands of papaya mango salsa. Fried plantains and steamed veggies round out the essence of the islands.

Crabmeat-crusted catch - $16.99
Fresh fillet covered with crab claw meat and grilled until golden brown. Drizzled with dijon cream and orange glaze. Served with steamed veggies.
